End-to-end Agency Management System – Free for Google Workspace

The core business of every agency is to provide services to other businesses and, though many agencies deliver similar services and have comparable workflows, each agency has its own priorities.

Brand new agencies of usually up to 5 employees have different needs and smaller budgets than mid-size organizations with 6 to 12 members, or even more robust companies of about 13 to 25 people.

Saving on costs is one of the many challenges that you face when establishing your space in the market. That’s why I tried to help you out by designing a free end-to-end agency management tool.

The whole ecosystem of this agency-focused system fits together in Google Workspace so that there are fewer tools you have to pull together in order to do what you need to do.

It has a modular structure (budgeting, sales, resource planning, …) but it’s more than just a collection of spreadsheets for Google Sheets.

Free Agency Management System for Google Workspace

The best free one-stop-shop for managing end-to-end agencies on the web right now

Tipsographic end-to-end agency management platform gives you a real-time overview of your agency’s business processes.

Google Workspace is a cloud-based digital office suite developed by Google. It includes business applications such as Gmail, Google Drive, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Chat, and Meet. These Google apps, especially when used together, provide extended capabilities and functionalities to synchronize and manage projects with your team.

Here’s an example of a simple agency workflow that combines a few Google Workspace apps:

  1. A project manager may drop down a project plan and timeline in Google Sheets,
  2. email team members and stakeholders about this project in Gmail, and schedule a meeting to discuss the project in Google Calendar. The manager shares a Google Docs link to the meeting agenda in the email.
  3. This Google Doc contains a Google Forms link to take in feedback about the project plan and timeline.
  4. Based also on the feedback gathered from Forms, the project manager set up deadlines in a to-do list in Google Sheets.
  5. Since team members often miss their deadlines, they receive daily calendar notifications in Google Calendar to remind them of their tasks and ongoing projects.

Since operationally speaking agency’s project cycles are similar, the following solution helps you manage your agency end-to-end, meaning:

  • streamline workflows (i.e. identify and standardize best practices)
  • deliver projects in a way that positively impacts your agency’s overall financial picture.
